Regular physical activity is important to promote good health and well-being, including maintaining physical function, heart health, and bone density. Physical activity does not only improve or restore health. It helps you reduce stress, cope with pain, manage your depression, and avoid various chronic illnesses.

As someone who has been in and around the gym for over 20 years, I have experienced first-hand how physically active you need to be to keep up your health and remain as fit as possible. The best way to get those "good" endorphins pumping and having those energy levels soaring is by doing what you love. This is what I recommend for anyone looking to stay fit and healthy.
